Postseason Game No. 1: Doosan vs Nexen

Hi guys! This is now the postseason. Finally, we can report the games from a while. The game for today is Doosan vs Nexen. This is the first game of the postseason.

Today's starting pitcher for Doosan is Dustin Nippert, who came back after a brief rehab in the 2013 season, while Nexen's starter is Brandon Knight, the ace of the team. Nippert has a record of 12-4, while Knight has a pitching record of 12-10.

The first inning started out pretty rough for Doosan, as Park Byung-ho hit a 2 run homer, giving the Heroes a good start. Doosan fought back, tying out the score with three hits. Nexen broke the silence in the 6th inning, when Lee Sung-yeol hit a hit to make the score 3 to 2.

The score stayed that way until the 9th inning, when the Heroes sent in their top closing pitcher, Son Seung-lak, who recorded 46 saves. He did well until Lee Won suk got a hit, then Jung Soo-bin drove him in with a double. The double tied the score, and in the bottom of the 9th inning, Lee Tek-geun scored the run in for the win.

The game ended with the Bears' Yoon Myung-jun losing, and the Heroes' Son Seung-lak getting the win, despite allowing the tying run.
